The F.E.A.S.T. UK Task Force is a group of members dedicated to advocating for better treatment and resources for eating disorders in the UK.
The purpose of the Task Force is to:
- share information about eating disorder treatment across all of the UK
- address eating disorders issues and concerns specifically relevant in a British context
- raise awareness about F.E.A.S.T in the UK, promote F.E.A.S.T's goals, and encourage use of the website and the Around the Dinner Table forum
The task force is chaired by Fiona Bromelow, Helen Missen and Mel Stevenson and reports to the FEAST Executive and Board. Tasks undertaken are subject to approval by the F.E.A.S.T Executive Director, and in some instances by the F.E.A.S.T board.
If you would like to be part of this group or just be on the email list to hear what is going on, please join us. Most of the task force's communication is undertaken by email. If you choose to join the task force, you will need to be prepared to share with the group your email address. It would also be helpful if you were able to share your geographical position within the UK.
